Download gift cards from admin

Hi! I'm interested on hikaserial for gift card management.
I have an important question:
if client does not get the email (deleted, spam, wrong mail) the attached gift car was, is it possible for me, as administrator, to access that customized gift card and download/print it?
How do I get to geenrated (attachserial) attachments from admin?

Hi,

By using the toolbar button "email" ; you can re-send the order notification email and HikaSerial will re-attach the image.

Otherwise, by using the "product file" you can let the customer download the coupon which will be generated dynamically.
So it will be available in the front-end customer order but also in the backend (where the admin can download it without any limitation).

I also found I can go to the order itself, section "Product List", column "Files" and click on "Gift card" (depends on the product name)



That way I can always get my customer's gift card, even if he doesn't get the email.
