Hi

To me seems like in "Download Time Limit" section only 360 days works. Any other setting doesn't work and can't be set successful either. So the question is why this doesn't work or how to make it work?
Other question is how to reset this counter for products link expired after 360 days which was default setting? We have users and we want them to download software for longer then 12 months.

Any help/tips appreciated.

I'm not sure to understand your questions because I don't see the relation with HIkaSubscription.
If your questions is related to the HikaShop download system, please open a thread in the HikaShop section of the forum.
Otherwise, please clarify your HikaSubscription interrogation.
