Increase voucher value after purchase

Hello,
Within HikaShop I have a number of 'products' that are vouchers for purchase on my clients website. The value of these vouchers is set in the HikaShop product options. This value then matches another 'product' which is a training course customers can book onto using the voucher. The voucher has a unique serial code, generated by HikaSerial, then added to a voucher which is emailed as part of the confirmation email. The customer then uses the voucher code to book onto the training course by purchasing the 'product' on the website and entering the voucher serial code.

These vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase.

However the value of the course has increased recently. The already purchased vouchers are now not covering the entire cost of the course.

How can I increase the value of the already purchased voucher to the same value of the course so there is no shortfall?

Secondly, if I increase the training course 'product' price, will subsequent vouchers purchased after this change now cover the full charge? I cannto see where the voucher cost is set in HikaSerial.

HikaSerial generates a serial but with the "coupon generator", it also create a HikaShop coupon.
What you want to update are the HikaShop coupons, not the serials.

If your "coupon template" is made for a 100% discount on a specific product, then updating the product price won't affect the previously created coupons.
Otherwise if you use a more "generic" template and use the "coupon generator" feature to match the bought product price with the coupon value ; then you will have to update the coupons.

But you might use a HikaShop mass-action to update massively coupons.
