Allow Vendor to edit history

Hi,

Is it possible to allow vendor to edit product history message?
After vendor shipped the product, i would like to let vendor to update admin the tracking no of their product.

If there is no option to allow vendor to edit product history message.

Alternatively is it possible to config custom field to vendor editable? currently i have a custom field that admin can update tracking number to user, but seems like that field unable to edit by front end. attached is screenshot of my configuration.

i enabled vendor edit custom field. but vendor still unable to edit it.

What is a product history message ?
Because for my it would be a history message that you attach to an HikaShop products ; and there is no feature in HikaShop for that and no usage of such kind of information.

There are a lot of different kind of custom field and vendor can access/modify the big majority.
So please be much more precise.
