Regular billing?

I can't find a way to make a regular billing... just sending the customer a bill!

Is it only through creditcard and payment on delivery that is the option?

If I sell to a company the most usual way is to send a bill...

I'm not following you. When an order is created in HikaShop, it sends automatically an email with the summary of the order and a link to the order details on your website.
Are you talking about that ?

I've installed a test and as I can see in the checkout procedur the only way to pay is with creditcard and pay on delivery... I would like the possibility to let the customer pay by a regular paperinvoice that is sent...

Why not use the "bank transfer" payment method for that ?
You can change its name and description for "paper invoice" and explain to the user that he needs to print his invoice and then send it to you. Then you will also have to change a bit the translations of the bank transfer strings via the interface in the tab languages of the configuration.
