Surplus emails

First of all, are emails controllable in the Starter version or is that when you upgrade?

Basically, we would like to move some of the surplus email,s ie the one which thanks you for your order BEFORE you have paid for it!

If this can be done using the Start version, How is this done and where are the emails edited?

Please advise.

The emails can be edited via the menu System->Emails in the Business edition of HikaShop.

That's disappointing. I had the impression that the 'Essential' package allowed for this feature.

I suggest improving your sales material, as well as your documentation.

The information popup on the line 'Easily customize your HikaShop emails' of the comparison table states that emails edition is only possible in the Business edition even thought you can change the text via a translation override in any version.

The Business edition page also mentions 'Email customization', unlike the Essential edition page.

Finally, the documentation regarding the email edition also mentions that it is only available in the Business edition:

We want to avoid misunderstandings on that and improve what we can for that. Could you explain why you thought that the Essential edition was allowing you to edit emails ? Maybe there is something which is not clear somewhere that we didn't think of ?
