UPS plug-in not displaying was created by rsarpong
I've enabled the UPS plug in but is not displaying upon checkout. I've attached two screen shots. Thanks for the help.

Is your address in the USA when you're on your checkout ? Otherwise, the shipping method won't display as you limited it to the USA only with the "zone" option.

Did you set a weight and the dimensions in your products ?
Could you give a link to your shop ?

Yes I do have weights set for all of my products.

I see that you set your products weight in oz. Could you try to set one with lb and see if that works ?

You didn't set the dimensions of your products. That's something which is necessary so that ups can give an accurate shipping fee.
Because of that the ups plugin was not giving any results.
That enabled us to discover that we were missing an error message in that case so that the user can understand what he is missing. I've set fake dimensions for the variant: daydreamercreative.net/administrator/ind...k=edit&product_id=19
and I can now see the UPS shipping methods when I checkout with that variant in my cart.

I see. Why don't all of the shipping options show? Especially, the UPS ground shipping option.

Only the shipping methods possible for your package with the collect method you set will be displayed. If some are not displayed, it's normally because they are not sent back by UPS.
