payment modules in joomla 1.7 not being found

Testing hika 1.5.4 in joomla 1.7.
XP
Everything else is ok but on checkout
there is error ' no Payment Modules Found'
I have enabled Paypal and PaypalPro....No good
dunno what to do

Somehow the currency_code in AUD
was changed to AUD $
Obviously I did it
Back to AUD and all is good
