FTP upload

How do I up load Hika shop from my FTP

I'm not sure I understand ?
You don't need to upload via FTP HikaShop. Just install it via the joomla extensions install screen and voilà.

Thanks Nicolas but it wont load up through the joomla site and getting a little pissed of with this from my web host company they dont know whats wrong

If it doesn't work through the joomla installer, it's often because either wrongly configured permissions on your server, or because joomla needs too much resources to extract the package.

In such cases, you should install HikaShop via FTP as explained here:
