Feature Request: Tooltips for backend settings

Feature Request:

Would be good if there were tooltips for each item in the backend. Either a little ? icon or a popup when you hover over the item explaining the setting so you can understand better what each setting does.

You can click on the Help button on each pages of the back end and you will see the help page with one description for each option of the page.

Yes, I understand that, however it is a little cumbersome as when you are on the page and on that setting would be good if there was a tooltip for the setting without having to leave page or open up a new page and start searching for the page and also then the setting.

Especially if we are having shop owners managing these websites we need to make it easy as possible for everyone to understand the settings, features and functions.

Yes. I think the same way. Tooltips are the usual way for joomla. So I they must usual and for hikashop too...

We'll see but that would be a lot of work to change all that so it won't happen in the short term.

I know that documentation is not now up to date. So I think that is hard work for you. Sorry but I can't speak English well to help you in this work...

Yes, between the support, the custom works and the new releases of HikaShop every month, we don't have much time left for the documentation. For now we try to keep it up to date and we'll try to redo all the screenshots in the short term as they are getting really outdated.
We'll see for the tooltips in the future.

As you have said, it is not super urgent, but it would be a nice addition in the future, especially as the extension grows in popularity and more new users start using it
