discount on product with option

Hi,

I'm using a discount on a product that has an option (1 day delivery). The discount is set for this particular product and the option is a product within a diferent category. However, the discount is given to 1 product, while the system acts like the option is a second product (2 products give 10% discount). How to avoid this?

I just tested it and we don't have that problem on our end.

Are you sure that you don't have another coupon configured which takes the precedence over this one ?

No there's no other code that overrules, but to be certain I disabled all the other codes. The problem still remains, it looks like it handles the option product the same as the main product allthough the option product has another category.

One thing I don't understand with your screenshots is that the total price before discount is 51€.
However, you get a discount which is over 10% of the total price, even including the option price.
So I don't see how that's possible.

Could you provide an access to your back end so that we can check on all that ?

Your settings are indeed fine.

Could you provide also a FTP access so that we can directly debug the problem on your website since we cannot reproduce the problem on our end ?
