i messed up - no products displayed, need help

Hi everyone, i'm a new hikashop user.

This is my first time with hikashop. I setup hikashop site here: www.ebotaniq.com.au
Although i already follow the tutorial about how to create product listing on menu, the product still not displayed on my site..

I've tried many times and looking around the manual/help page but still no result. It's quite exhausting experience.

Anybody can look around my site and guide my how to display the product?
Any help appreciated, if you need the backend to see how it's setup i can give it so you can see what's happen..

we use the business hikashop version, actually few days ago we can create the listing, but i change something and suddenly all the product gone.

I already try to put content module on selected menu, but still no result.

You should try to create a new menu by following our tutorial on content display on the front end. That should be simpler.

Hi, yes. i already try that too. I tried using menu, and configure everyhing like the manual explain, but it seems like the configuration always reset and not saving my configuration.

I'm experienced with joomla, so i pretty much know what i'm doing..

any other clue?

We've heard of such problem with some browsers happening randomly. Please try again with another browser, that might help.

i used firefox, and never have this stange behavior before.. this must be bugs
i use ie and finally can save the configuration..
