Order status; print orders

Hi,
I have a lot of small orders and it takes quiet a time to change the order status and print the orders.
Is it possible

1. to change the order status without using the popup window
2. print more than one bill at once (that would be a great feature)

Will be happy to get some ideas!

None of that is possible for the time being.
