Issue with Terms in IE

Whenever i check off the Terms and Conditions checkbox in Internet Explorer, Hikashop acts as if I didnt check it off. It throws the error that you would get if you tried to continue without checking off the terms box. Please asisst, Thanks!

That comes from a bug in your template which replaces the checkboxes to put its own. Turn that off in the template's options and it will work.
