Creating Order-number fails was created by Micke_skane
Hi,

I´m trying to set the format of ordernumber under Global Settings with the code {id size="5"}.
After I saved the changes it displays {id size="5"}"!

How can that be?

We cannot reproduce the problem on our end.

Could you provide a back end access to your website via our contact form so that we ca look at that ?

I´ve sent a mail by the contact form with info to access the backend but I haven´t heard anything new about my problem.
Did you recive the information/mail?

Hi,

Sure, we received your message and replied to you on the same day. The message must have gone to your spam box.
Anyway, if you download again the installation package on our website and update your HikaShop with it, the problem should not happen anymore.

It's a display issue only now (something on your website is modifying it when the value is displayed on the page) but the new order numbers should be correct.
