Free local delivery to a few local towns

My client has asked me to create a new delivery option that is free for customers in 4 local towns. Is it possible to do this?

I think that it can work if you :
- create 4 news zones
- create 1 new manual shipping, set the price to 0, and the zone the 4 zones that you created.

Thanks for this - how would the customer have this option automatically selected for them?

You should create manual shipping methods restricted on the post code of the cities. The system will then display only the relevant shipping methods based on the address entered by the user.
