Australia e-GO Courier

Is anyone using the Australia e-GO courier service on their Hikashop. Virtuamart has a plug-in for it. They are great for any size package but particularly good if you are shipping something bigger than what Australia Post will deliver. It's also a pretty cheap courier. I can put the calculator itself in a frame but there is an API they have - www.e-go.com.au/infopage.do?page=calculator .

If it hasn't been created by anyone, how hard would it be to create a plug-in for this?

There is no plugin that we know of for that shipping service.
For a PHP developer, it shouldn't be too difficult. The API they provide is straight forward.
We also have documentation on our end for developers of shipping plugins:

And of course, you can take the Australia Post plugin as a basis for your implementation.

Not a developer so would get nowhere building this
