Hikashop user control panel doesn't appear

I created a Hikashop user control menu and put on left module,the menu name is :my account,


It was working fine on the front end but suddenly it logged me out and I couldnot see that menu displays on the front end any more. Back end is still the same, both menu & module is published.

Please help to look into what the reason on this. Thank you!

Check that your module's access is set to public.
