Change format of city, state, zip in ship address

How does one change the shipping address format. See below:

You can edit the different "address_template" view files via the menu Display->Views. It's quite easy to do.

I have edited all the "address_template" view files but the display remains the same???

If it remains the same, it means that either you forgot one view file (which is actually the one used), or that you didn't do it for all the templates (and more specifically for the one you're using on your front end), or that the changes were not saved (it can happen sometimes when the codemirror plugin is enabled via the joomla plugins manager, or when the folder templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop is not writable).
