[SOLVED]Problem with Alpha User Points

Hello
I am using for some time Alpha User points and everything has worked correctly.
But since the last update I have a problem, when I change the order to "Sent" items that the user has won with the purchase lose points.
For example, if a user makes a purchase and wins 10 points when I change the order to "Shipped" these 10 points are removed.
What is the problem?

Hi,

There is an option in the AlphaUserPoint plugin named "Gives Points on statuses".
In this field you have to list all valid statuses. If the order change to a status not listed, points would be removed.
When this field is empty, the plugin would just retrieve the "order confirmed status" from the HikaShop configuration.

My recommendation is (for a classical configuration): confirmed,shipped
