Is it possible to for a user not to have to login just enter there name and shipping details and then pay for the order?

Hi,

Yes, it's possible.
Go in HikaShop > Configuration > Checkout.
In the checkout workflow, don't remove Login and address, but change the value of "Registration", you can set it to "No registration".
