"Ask a question" at product

Hi,

When I click the "ask a question" button at a product, I am redirected to a page with 3 fields and two buttons.

Where can I add a title and some text for this page?

Something like:

Ask a question

Dear customer, please fill in your name, e-mail address, the question you have and press the OK button.
We will answer your question as soon as possible

Hi,

You can edit the file 'contact' of the view "product" via the menu Display->views. It's mainly HTML code so you should be able to add your text pretty easily.

Does that mean editing a file that will be overwritten when a new version is released?

No. If you do it via the interface, HikaShop will save your changes in your template as a view override and will use that override file instead of the default one.
When you update, only the default one will be updated and you will still have your override used after the update.

We are live now with our shop.

With Virtuemart it took me several months to configure and edit all kinds of code. As a side effect it made upgrading nearly impossible.

With Hikashop it took me a couple of days to learn and configure everything. Now that is quite a difference!!!
