On you're youtube example I saw that you would become a popup by changing the orderstatus.
I don't get this pop up. Do I need to activate or change something?
If you don't get the popup, it means that you have a javascript error on your back end.
Could you look at the javascript error console of your browser for the error while doing it ?

I've seen it. In my other browser it does give a popup.
I also use the pdf invoice creater from hika. Do I need to create the pdf myself or does the orderstatus change automaticly sends a pdf to the customer?
When the order is confirmed, it will send the customer the "order status notification" email and that plugin will attache to it a PDF of the invoice automatically.
