thumbnails not resizing

i am building 2 websites and on one of my sites the thubnails resize ok but on the other they dont no matter what values I insert into the Image width and height menu option found in DISPLAY -> CONTENT MODULES -> Category NAME :


Can anyone help ?

Can you do a screenshot of your module's options and give a link to the page where you are displaying it so that we can see that ?
