one product per order

My business is selling courses.
In hikashop a customer can enroll in several courses.
Payment is in each course, not every order.
The solution is that each order is a single course (one product).
It is possible in hikashop limit each order to a single product?

Yes. In the "Checkout" tab of the configuration you can set the option "Maximum number of items in the cart" for that.
