Issue with utilizing alphauserpoints for payment

Hi, I have the latest version of alphauserpoints 1.7.4 on joomla 2.5.4 with hikashop 1.5.8.

I attached a screenshot of the alphauserpoints settings as well as how the shopping cart looks on checkout. I want to set it up so that users can only pay with alphauserpoints, however it doesn't display that payment option. I have a test user setup which already has points to purchase items with. I setup the paypal payment plugin for testing purposes (if disabled, it says no payment option available).

Do I have something setup improperly?

My developer put in some echos into the hikashop payment plugin into alphauserpoints in several areas to see where it was breaking. It's saying it can't find the file while checking if it exists, while all other alphauserpoints functionality still works in other components, just not hikashop. Here's a screenshot of the echo.

This is after the function "onPaymentDisplay" in the alphauserpoints.php file

Please remove the zone restriction and the currency restriction from the AlphaUserPoints plugin. Then, make sure that you also set a big maximum number of points (MAXIMUM_POINTS option).
Then, make sure that your user has enough points (more than 10 times the total amount in dollars since 1 points = $0.1) or turn on the "partial payments" option of the AlphaUserPoints plugin.

Also please note that payment methods never display if the order total is 0. I see that you have a free product in your last screenshot, so in that case, it's normal that payment methods don't display.

Thanks for the help. I've adjusted the settings as shown in the attached image. However, it's still having the same problem. I tried it with an item that cost $1 using those settings, and it still displays no payment method.

Can you check that the AlphaUserPoints plugin is enabled ?
Also, make sure that the "Order_validation" rule which is added by the plugin automatically is published in AlphaUserPoints

I don't have any other ideas. I've stated all the possible causes I know for that issue. It must be one of them.
If you provide an access to your back end I can have a look at your settings.

I messaged you the backend information for the website, can you please take a look?

The problem was that you had no points for the admin user and the fact that you were using a decimal points to usd rate so the points were not calculating properly and the fact that you had added the code to display messages and not continue the processing in the plugin.
It's working fine now.
