JRoute::_ not picking up menu item (with SEF)

Hi,,Am enable SEF after assign Modules to menu not working ,,but SEF disable see my modules ,,from checkout page,

/index.php/component/hikashop/checkout/

Disable SEF See my Checkout..
index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=checkout&Itemid=62

How to solve ,,
