UPS Errors

I'm having some problems with the UPS plugin.

Using the latest version of HikaShop Starter and the latest UPS plugin (from another thread ups-2012-08-08.zip)

I have one product setup with a weight of 3.5 ounces (product settings screenshot: www.diigo.com/item/image/1i0hc/2ght ). The plugin settings (screenshot:http://www.diigo.com/item/image/1i0hc/car3 ) Have the Group Packages together enabled.

If I add the product to the cart and change the quantity to 144 it returns:


Error while sending XML to UPS. Error code: 110003. Message: Maximum number of packages exceeded (50)

If their grouped together the number of packages should only be 1.

I'm also a bit skeptical that the shipping rates are becoming disproportional as the quantity of product rises. If I add 1-40 products it's close to the same rate (Between 20 and 22 dollars). As soon as I change it to 45-49 the rate multiplies exponentially (45 items shipping-226.00 / 49 items shipping-500.00). I can't believe that the additional 16 ounces in weight costs 250+ more to ship.

It's working fine for me so can you give me a back-end access by mp then I'll maybe be able to see where the problem is coming from ?

I think that the problem is solved now, Here is the last version of the UPS shipping method (I already installed it for you)

ps: The problem was coming from the group package function.
