Ok, then you have to add some css. Edit the front-end css through hikashop interface in System>Configuration>Display and add these lines:

I just do not know why I was restored to the English language: (
How do I put Italian?
I went to System -> Language -> Italian
Does not work ... I always fires English.

You should check the Joomla's configuration. In 1.5 go to Extension>Languages and check the default language.
in 2.5 Go to control panel> Language manager and check the default language

Not only with the cart is installed on the English language
