I read the previous post regarding this error, but still can not figure it out. I have attached a screenshot. Any help is very much appreciated!

Hi,
Can you test it with the last version of the UPS shipping method and with a shipper number ?

If you look at the UPS documentation

Shipper number : Your UPS account number (You can see your account number on the UPS website: My UPS > Profile > Maintain Your UPS Account )

1. Did you try it with the last version that I gave you ?
2. You should maybe check the UPS documentation to undestand how to configure it.

The UPS plugin is pre installed in HikaShop. There is no need to install it again.
