When entering credit card, I get an error:XML was created by Vanderburgh

Blank white page which says:

EDT 2012 ERROR N:ERROR PSI-0007:Unable to Parse XML request. 0.00 0.00 0.00 0.00

Any thoughts
The order still goes through and I see a record.
