How to change details product description page?

i have a business licences of hikashop. i want to change my product details page as i attached a image below. How can i do that?

You can edit the order of the element in your product page by editing the view "product / show_default" in HikaShop > Display > Views.
Then some css customization will be required, you can edit the file "frontend default css" in HikaShop > Configuration > Display.

thanks for your reply. but i have little knowledge on css that i cannot do that myself. Can you give a code for this or any other tutorial.

For the result you want, it will require a developer/designer to spend a few hours on the project. It's not something we can provide on the forum. I would recommend to find a developer/designer for that.
