Custom Field items disappearing...

Hi There,

I have a new issue where the custom field item that I have been using is no longer working. It will ONLY work for the default value. If I try to select one of the other items they just do not appear.. when I click the arrow.. I can see the names listed.. but if I select one of the names.. there is an empty population!

Since I had just fixed the checkout/shipping code (suggested in Populate Custom Field Value in Manual Shipping Inf topic) I removed the customizatoin and tried again. And it is still broken?

Thoughts? Is this a DB fix?
