When a user clicked on "Add to cart", I need to force the user to fill
an input-field.
This field can be part of the product page, of if possible something like a lightbox/fancybox.
After that, I would like to display this value at the cart product listing, after each product title.
I tried to use custom fields, but it seems only be able to display text on front-end.
Any other idea?

Got it working. This feature only works with the Business Edition, but not the Essential Edition
