Change shipping based on country selected

Is there a way you can change the shipping cost based on the country selected?

I have to charge different shipping rates based on which country the customer wants the foods delivered to

how can I do this ?

Sure, you'll just have to :
- Create one manual shipping method per zone.
- Use the ZONE option of each manual shipping method

Sure, you'll just have to create a new zone trough "Hikashop->System->Zones->'New'"
