No shipping methods available to your location was created by itye2012

is there any way i can amend the message "No shipping methods available to your location" to add a custom message?

Sure, You'll just have to override this line

NO_SHIPPING_TO_YOUR_ZONE="No shipping methods available to your location"

through your : translation file ("Hikashop->System->Configuration->Language->'Your translation file'")
