Paypal payment plugin question

I'm configuring a couple payment plugins and the paypal plugin is one of them. It has the option for a % to be set, but the documentation under "help" does not explain what it is for. I assume this is to add a percentage to the basket value to cover for the paypal fee it asks on a transaction. Is this correct? Ifso, the documentation needs to be updated (both english & dutch (i can do that latter one)) because neither have a description for it.

Yes it is.

All payment plugins (and not only paypal) have common options.
Zone, Images, Shipping Methods, Currency, Price (flat fee), Percentage (percentage fee).

The document would be update as soon as possible.
