contact menu option not working

when i try to use the contact page option no email is sent?

when an order is place i get emails ok but this contact page doesnt work?

If you don't get the email, check your spam box. If you don't have it, check that you can send emails with Joomla (from the mass mail component for example). If you don't receive the emails, it's likely that the email configuration of the joomla configuration page is not correct. You should ask your hosting company about what you should put there.

mail settings are in there as in my other sites but sill doesn't send a mail, i receive order information ok so that must be working, just the contact page does nothing

i used the joomla module and that works okay seems there may be problems with the hika shop contact form
