How do I change the title for ALL HikaShop pages to one title?

No, I do not.

I think that Jerome and Mohamed didn't understand you're not reporting a problem where all the titles are the same but that it's actually what you want to do.

In that case, in each category and products of your store, you should enter the same text in the "page title" field. That will set the same page title for all the products and categories listings pages of your website as well as the products page.
