Orders details without address

Hi,

Some orders from the customers , there are no address/shipping address details. However when we click to view the customer's profile, the customer does have address details there.
It seems that all the billing_address_id=0 and shipping_address_id=0 which links to address table 1, their address is not being displayed on the orders form. Some other customers have no issue.

Any idea why this can happen and how to solve it?

We've never seen such issue. We would need more information. Could you try to find out a way to reproduce the problem on your website ? What do you have to do differently to have/not have the addresses ?
