UPS Warehouse keeps disappearing on Save

Hi,

When I save the UPS Shipping Plugin, the Warehouse I added keeps disappearing when I click Save. I have tried Zones, no Zones, custom shipping zones, and nothing works.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before?

I just tried on my end, and the save is working fine. Which version of HikaShop do you have ?

Can you try to enable the Debug mode in the Joomla options, open your browser console, press save and see if there are any errors.

I am using HikaShop 2.0.0. I tried the debug mode of Joomla, and nothing shows up for errors. Any more ideas?

We don't have that problem on our end and no one never had.

Could you provide a backend access to your website so that we can see that ?

Hi,

Not sure what the issue was. I needed to set the site up external, as it was only local on my laptop at the time. As part of moving it, I went from Windows to Linux, all other things remained the same. There is no longer an issue, and warehouses are created with no issue on the site.
