Getting breadcrumbs to work correctly

I have a hikashop categories listing module (ID:197) on a joomla article page (Our Wines)

You are here: Home \ Our Wines

Clicking a category in categories the listing module gives:

You are here: Home \ Our Wines \ Sparkling White Wines

Clicking a product gives:

You are here: Home \ Our Wines \ 1994 Chardonnay Pinot Noir Museum Release

I need this to be:

You are here: Home \ Our Wines \ Sparkling White Wines \ 1994 Chardonnay Pinot Noir Museum Release

This hikashop "categories listing module" (ID:197) has Details->Menu set to the joomla article page (Our Wines)
There is also a hikashop menu called "Menu item for category listing module 197" (ID:598) with an associated hikashop module called "Associated products listing for category listing menu 598" (ID:199).
"Associated products for menu 598" (ID:197) also has Details->Menu set to the joomla article page (Our Wines)

Simplified breadcrumbs is set to No


Sub elements filter is set to 'Direct Sub elements' for module "categories listing module" (ID:197), module "Associated products for menu 598" (ID:199) and menu "Menu item for category listing module 197" (ID:598)

i have the same Problem...

Example:
Home/Categories/LED Fluter/Standard Fluter - correct

when i now click on a Product (ex. 10W Fluter)then comes
/Home/Categories/10W Fluter - not correct
should be:
/home/Categories/LED Fluter/Standard Fluter/10W Fluter

so if you click on a Product Page all Lower Categories are gone ...

sorry my fault - now it is working on my page...
i forget to disable "simplified breadcrumbs" :blush:

the same if I have only one category

Do you have some caching on your website ?
Sometimes the cache of the SEF system of Joomla could prevent you from seeing the changes after deactivating the simplified breadcrumb option.
That would explain why you still have the issue.

The category of the product has never shown as a parent link in the breadcrumbs.
