Icons changing between V1.6 and 2.0

Why changing icons in media/com_hikashop/images/icons ??
They where OK for a black template in V1.6
With V2.0 I had to overwrite them.
It's annoying to check these silly things each time you publish a version ;-((

We change the icons to evolve. Have a nice design.
You just have to copy and paste the content of the icons folder, it only takes 5 min

It's what I've done, but it's quite annoying :
- to discover template changes after an update
- to have to "patch" files after each update.

It would be nice to have the same mechanism as views
