Associated products listing modules

Hikashop creates content modules such as "Associated products listing for category listing menu 152" that are unpublished as you can see...

can these be deleted, and/or, what is their purpose, as we have lots of them...

just wondering...

Hi,

These are just product listings which are associated to your menu, then when you'll go through your category menu, you'll see the listing of products below you sub-categories listing.

From documentation : You can choose a list of modules to display below the main content. It can be useful to have a module displaying products and synchronized attached to a category type menu so that you can display a listing of the products in the categories below.

Hope this will help you.
