Captcha does not work

Hi guys,

i am trying to enable captcha on forms. Downloaded and installed captcha plugin from Hikashop. Have it enabled, generated new set of keys ( just in case).
Also have captcha at global settings enabled, and capcha plugin that comes with joomla enabled, but no catpcha comes up anywhere.

what am I doing wrong????

JOomla version 2.5.6, hikashop version 1.5.7
We have done lots of customizations to hikashop, so installing latest version would be a very very long job ( just in case you were going to offer this option)

Hi,

The plugin is configured to display the captcha after the password field. Do you have a password field on your registration form ? If not then you should change it to display after the email field, otherwise, the captcha won't show.

Also, the joomla captcha plugin should be disabled as HikaShop replaces it.
