PIWIK support?

Hi everybody, any plans to create support / plugin for PIWIK? ( piwik.org )

It is a nice way to avoid the EU cookie law and getting pretty popular.
On our systems it is already replacing Google analytics completely.

There is actually no support or plugin for piwik.
You can ask to a third developer or post your request in the commercial jobs section of this forum.

I add it on our Todo list, but due to the number of plugins already asked this can take many times.

i know it is a 6 year old thread, but did you program such a plugin for matomo (piwik) on you end, like you have for the google ecommerce analytics plugin!?
matomo is a real match maker and i would love to use it instead the google thing - would be perfect when you could build up also for matomo a core plugin.

We didn't move forward with that as there was not a lot of demand for it unfortunately.

If someone is ready to pay for its development we could work on that. But otherwise, I'm afraid it won't happen as 2 persons interested in 6 years is not enough for us to recoup costs should we develop the plugin and sell it on our marketplace (unless we would sell it for an exorbitant price compared to other plugins already there).

i'm interested to and i^m thinking there are a lot of people but they don't write.
it's also my oppinion that it can submit some more users to hikashop, cause these days
my perception is that it's all about connecting.
i'm not so good in programming so i would pay for it and
you've a marketplace.
