change code impossible after update 2.1

Hi,

After update to Hika business 2.1 it is impossible to change the code of a 1. product. or 2. In a new product the characteristic 'Manage variants" code isn"t changable.
The info is that this code already exist but that isn't at all.

Before the update it works all good.

In your DEMO version it is also impossible!
