Click twice on each screen on checkout

Hi if some someone could shed some light on this?

I know others have had this problem too. But some reason on the checkout workflow I have to press twice for at each stage.



Everything else is fine, when it was the default checkout with all things in it seemed to work fine.

If someone could shed some light on this it would be great.
