Shipping or Payment Method Showing automatically

Configration is Set to

Auto select default shipping and payment methods No
Auto submit shipping and payment methods selection No
Force shipping regardless of weight No

But it is showed automatically on every product. what should i do now ?

I tried, and the payment is not selected by default.
And the customer can't select a payment method, because the radio buttons are not displayed, thanks to add/edit the property ".hika-radio input[type="radio"]{display: block !important;}"
