remove "excl VAT" from shipping method

Howdy - First of THANKS for the great support so far!

I've been scouring the forums and been able to figue out the taxes for my purposes (changed VAT to TAX, for example), but am curious what's going on with my shipping method at the checkout. I have establish a flat $15.00 fee for domestic shipping and so far the calcations are all correct as we move toward the checkout process. IIf you look at my screenshot though, you'll see it's calculating something at (16.01) and excluding the tax? I thought I've turned everything off that indicates a price. Maybe i'm missing a place?

I'd just like to remove the part that says "$16.01 ($15.00 excl TAX).

Also if there is any more insight on wy I get the dorky "undefined notice" error at the top of the screen, i'd sure appreciate it.

1. I think that the notice is coming from your template, you'll just have to edit the corresponding file and to correct this error.

2. I didn't really understood your problem can you explain it to me with some screenshots ?
